Wurmple are mostly brown with yellow markings, and their big eyes give them expressive faces.

Here are some fun facts about Swalot that Trainers may not know!

Wurmple is a small, brown caterpillar-like Pokémon. Wurmple’s back is covered in red spots, and it has two red horns on its head. Wurmple has two black eyespots near the base of its horns.

Wurmple evolves into Silcoon when exposed to a Leaf Stone, or into Cascoon when exposed to a Water Stone. Wurmple is one of the few Pokémon that can have two different evolutions, depending on which Stone is used. Wurmple is also notable for being the only Pokémon capable of using the move “String Shot”.

Wurmple is very weak and timid, and it is often preyed upon by other Pokémon. Wurmple can be found in forests and grasslands. Wurmple is not very popular with Trainers, as it is difficult to evolutionarily train.

Wurmple can be found in the wild in all Pokémon games except for Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, and it can also be obtained through evolution in all games except for Pokémon Sword and Shield. Wurmple first appeared in the episode “Wurmples Wandering”, where May caught a Wurmple.
