Valentine’s Day is a time for love, and Valentine’s Day Cupid is here to spread just that! Cupid has been around since ancient Roman times, but in modern-day Valentine’s celebrations, he is still a beloved icon for hope and stories of romance. Celebrations of Valentine’s Day are incomplete without Valentine’s Day Cupid – the joyous figure who brings along with him lovable cards and romantic wishes for couples to share. Not only does Valentine’s Day Cupid remind us all to reinvigorate our relationships with our partners, but it also reminds us of the importance of giving and spreading love in any relationship we have.

Valentine’s Day is celebrated all over the world, and Cupid has become an integral part of the tradition.

Did you know that Valentine’s Cupids were first created in 17th-century Europe?

It is believed that Valentine Cupids represent both love and youth, so they are often depicted as winged babies with a bow and arrows. Additionally, Valentine’s Cupids are said to pierce people’s hearts when shot with their arrows, encouraging those people to fall in love! How neat is that? Since Valentine Cupids shares many similarities with the Greek god Eros, scholars believe that many Valentine’s traditions were based off of ancient Roman customs. There’s no denying Valentine’s Cupids have a special place in Valentine’s Day celebrations around the world.
