Slowpoke is one of the original 151 Pokémon and is number 79 in the National Pokédex. Slowpoke can be found in many different environments, including fields, rivers, lakes, and seas. Despite its name, Slowpoke is actually a very Fast Pokémon.
Slowpoke has a very casual attitude and is always seen with a dreamy look on its face. Slowpoke is not very smart and often forgets what it was doing moments after it has done it. Even though Slowpoke looks like it isn’t very powerful, it actually is.
Slowpoke can learn many different types of moves, including Psychic-type moves. Slowpoke is also immune to Ghost-type attacks. One of Slowpoke’s most unique abilities is its “Own Tempo” ability, which prevents Slowpoke from becoming confused.
Slowpoke can also evolve into two different Pokémon: Slowbro and Slowking. To evolve into Slowbro, Slowpoke must be holding a King’s Rock when traded. To evolve into Slowking, Slowpoke must be holding a DeepSea Tooth when traded while knowing the move “Curse.”
