Slowbro is a dual-type Psychic/Water Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It evolves from Slowpoke starting at level 37. It can Mega Evolve into Mega Slowbro using the Slowbronite. Slowbro is a bipedal, pink Pokémon with a tan belly and three concentric circles on its back.
Its head is large and lugubrious with small eyes and a slightly hooked upper jaw. On its head is a Shellder clamping onto its tail. The Shellder has two red eyes and two sharp teeth protruding from its shell. Shellder’s clamp gives Slowbro extra protection against foes, but it also causes Slowbro great discomfort.
Slowbro enjoys the sensation of the sea breeze and views it as refreshing. However, if its tail is bitten, Slowbro becomes fully absorbed in the venom and loses focus, often forgets what it was doing, and sometimes even wanders off aimlessly.
When angry or startled, it has been known to bite ferociously even if it does not have Shellder attached. Slowbro is found near shores sunbathing and dozing on rocks. It also inhabits coral reefs. Slowbro is famous for being one of the laziest Pokémon around.
