Shroomish is a small and round Pokémon that are mostly brown with a white stomach. They have large eyes and small mouths. Shroomish also has mushroom-like spores on their head.
Shroomish also has the ability to release a stunning powder from their bodies. This powder can be used to defend Shroomish from predators or to put enemies to sleep. Shroomish is also able to commune with other Shroomish using spores.
If a Shroomish is threatened, it will release a cloud of spores into the air. These spores will then alert other Shroomish in the area to the danger. Shroomish lives in moist areas like forests.
Shroomish evolves into Breloom starting at level 23. Shroomish can be found in the wild in all Pokémon games except for Generation V. In Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, Shroomish is exclusive to Lilycove and Mt. Pyre; while in FireRed and LeafGreen, it is found on Four Island and South Farthest Island.
Shroomish also appears as one of the starters of Hoenn in the games as well as their remakes, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire; given to the player by Professor Birch if they decided not to take Treecko or Torchic.
