Here are some fun facts about Escavalier that Trainers may not know!

Escavalier evolves from Karrablast starting at level 22. Escavalier can be taught these attacks in Pokémon Sword & Shield from move tutors (details): Bug Bite, Drill Run, Fury Cutter, Iron Defense, and Pin Missile. Escavalier is a bipedal, beetle-like Pokémon encased in a steel shell.

Its carapace is black with two red, triangular eyespots rimmed in white. Escavalier’s arms are protected by jagged, red shield-like appendages. These appendages extend from Escavalier’s shoulders to the middle of its upper body and end in three points.

There are two small bumps on Escavalier’s lower face. Extending from the back of Escavalier’s head are black feelers that have a reddish tint at the tips. The feelers can extend and retract, allowing Escavalier to sense danger.

Escavalier swings its lance wildly in battle. If it loses its lance, it will quickly find and retrieve another one. Escavalier’s thorax and abdomen are primarily black and comprise thirteen plates: eight small ones on the front, four larger ones on the back, and Escavalier’s single large tail plate.

Extending from the bottom corners of the front plates are Escavalier’s thin, black legs, each of which ends in small pincers.
